Questions before you email
How do I join the trainer network?
Send the six listed items to admin@shangzhan.com.my with the subject Trainer Network Application - Full Name. Apply through your own email application; there is no website application form.
Must I be based in Kedah?
No. We welcome introductions from corporate trainers in Alor Setar, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and across Malaysia. State your base and delivery areas. Trainer arrangements depend on the programme and location.
What should an HRD Corp trainer include?
Include your trainer accreditation certificate together with the other five submission items. Relevant credentials and programme suitability are discussed separately; joining the network does not itself confer accreditation or programme approval.
Does joining guarantee training assignments?
No. Collaboration depends on suitable client needs, subject expertise, availability, location and agreed arrangements. There is no guaranteed assignment or response timeframe.
